As an advocate of living in the NOW, I must admit that NOW isn’t all fun and games. Appreciating NOW can be tough for those who are experiencing challenging times….think of the ‘Life Comes at You Hard’ TV commercial. We all fall down and some of us even trip ourselves on occasion.
Quite frankly, I’m not a big fan of ‘my now’ at the present moment but I feel compelled to offer my perspective instead of whining or finding someone to growl at.
For some unknown reason, probably because it’s silly and somewhat goofy to say, I am pondering the phrase ‘How NOW Brown Cow.’ The phrase is used in speech therapy to help with vowel sounds but I also understand that it has the meaning of ‘what’s next? Quite fitting, as this student of NOW appreciation is trying to refrain from asking ‘what’s next’…
Remember??? Don’t look ahead, don’t look back, just soak in the now…
